Carley was a member of Archbishop Carroll’s 1st “Washington DC City Championship Football Team”. I met Carley when we played basketball and football at Carroll. There are many great stories that can be told about all of us during those years at Carroll, but that is for a later day. Years later Carley was working for my younger brother at the US Capitol Police. He was a good friend and we miss him.
